The Failures of Organic and Animal Welfare Certifications: A Case Study of Alexandre Family Farms

For this project, I had the pleasure of working with the non-profit, Farm Forward, Inc. They were seeking a template for their Issue Reports, both to design forthcoming reports and redesign those already published.
The goal we identified was to make the reports easily digestible, visually engaging, and highly intentional so that readers, especially members of the media, not only read the full document but also understand the importance of the information and the depth of rigor that goes into researching and producing these reports. It was important to them that these reports would blend with their web content in a way that would convey strong brand consistency. Additionally, my task was to make something that would work with any content, regardless of title length or number of footnotes or images included.
Referencing their brand guide and incredible Annual Reports, we collaborated to build something that achieves all of these goals.
